Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Fortuna Media Grup SRL (company number 1017600010877), a company established in the Republic of Moldova, MD-2045, str. Academician Sergiu Rădăuțanu 9, ap. 110 D, Chișinău municipality, Republic of Moldova. It operates the VEENT service (“we”, “us”).

2. What data we collect

When you fill in the quote request form, we collect:

• details about your project: category, service, description, area or town;
• your name, phone number and email address;
• the wording of your consent and the date you gave it;
• technical data: the page you sent the request from, how you reached us (for example the parameters of an advert) and the date.

If you use the “Use my location” button, your device’s coordinates are sent to the OpenStreetMap mapping service (Nominatim) to find the name of your town. The button is optional; you can type your town instead.

If you write to or call us (email, phone, WhatsApp), we keep the content of our exchanges. We do not collect sensitive data.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To handle your request, call you back and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (the box you tick on the form, Article 6(1)(a)).
• To protect the form from spam and abuse: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To meet legal obligations (for example accounting, or replying to authorities): Article 6(1)(c).
• Analytics and advertising: only with your consent, through cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

4. Who receives your data

• The partner company that will carry out the work: with your request we pass on what it needs (contact details, description, address). It is responsible for its own processing (carrying out the work, invoicing).
• Our technical providers, who act on our instructions: website hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase, European Union region, Paris), email.
• OpenStreetMap, only if you use “Use my location”.
• Google and Meta, only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies and these tools are switched on for this site.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your data.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Our servers are in the European Union. However, our company is established in the Republic of Moldova, a country for which the European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision. Authorised members of our team may therefore access your data from Moldova.

We limit this access to people who need it and protect the data (see section 7). The legal safeguards for this transfer (for example standard contractual clauses) are being put in place: [TO BE CONFIRMED WITH A LAWYER].

Some providers (for example Vercel, a US company) may transfer data to the United States under their own safeguards (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). [TO BE VERIFIED]

6. How long we keep your data

• Request that goes no further: 12 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
• If a quote is accepted: for the length of the relationship, then as long as the law requires (for example accounting records).
• Proof of consent: as long as needed to show you gave it.
• Cookies: see the Cookie Policy (your choice is kept for 6 months at most).

7. How we protect it

• Encrypted connection (HTTPS); data encrypted with our database provider.
• The database is closed to the public: the form writes to it only through a service of ours, using secret keys that never reach your browser.
• Access is limited to authorised people; the form has spam protection.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time.

To use your rights, write to info@veent.eu. We reply within one month.

If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (DPC) in Ireland: dataprotection.ie.

We use cookies and similar technologies. Full details, and how to change your choices at any time, are in the Cookie Policy and under “Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page.
