These terms cover your use of veent.eu, operated by Fortuna Media Grup SRL (see the Legal Notice), and of the quote request service. By using the site you accept them.
VEENT coordinates your request, quote and follow-up. You tell us what you need; we reply, prepare the quote and arrange the work with the partner company that will carry it out.
The work is carried out by an independent company, named on your quote before you confirm. You make the service contract with that company; it issues the invoice and is your contact for the work itself.
Asking for a quote is free and carries no obligation. You are not committed to anything until you accept a quote.
Please give accurate information (contact details, address, description). The quote states the work, the price and the conditions.
The prices that apply are those on your quote, including VAT where applicable. This site does not publish fixed prices at this stage: [PRICE TO BE DEFINED].
For contracts made at a distance or away from business premises, you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, with exceptions (for example work you ask us to start within that period, or emergency repairs).
The exact terms, including the cancellation form, are on the quote issued by the company carrying out the work. [TO BE CONFIRMED WITH THE PARTNER AND A LAWYER]
If something goes wrong with the work, please first contact the company that carried it out. If you are unhappy with our own service (coordination, information), write to info@veent.eu; we will reply and try to put it right.
If you cannot resolve a complaint, you can seek free advice from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie). [TO BE VERIFIED]
The company carrying out the work is responsible for how the work is done. VEENT is responsible for its own commitments: handling your request, preparing the quote and following up. Information on the site is a guide only and is not a quote.
Nothing in these terms limits the legal rights you have as a consumer.
We call or write to you about your request because you asked us to. We do not contact you for marketing without your agreement.
The content of this site (texts, images, logo, the VEENT name) is protected. Do not copy it without permission.
See the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
For consumers in Ireland, these terms are governed by Irish law, and you can bring a claim in the Irish courts. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
These terms are written in English. We may change them; the version in force is the one shown on the site with its update date.
