Yes. You get it in writing, online, before any work starts. The final price is the one on the quote, unless on site we find something extra (hidden damage or other issues) that changes the price. In that case we tell you straight away, and extra work only goes ahead with your agreement.
How do I pay?
After the job, directly to the team, in cash or online, as you prefer.
How fast do you reply?
We usually reply within 2–3 minutes by phone, WhatsApp or form. The time to start the job depends on the work and on the team in your area, and it is shown on your quote.
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes, we reply to emergencies 24/7. If you smell gas, have a short circuit or serious flooding, call 112 first.
Who does the work?
A specialised, independent team from your area. Its name is on your quote before you confirm. VEENT coordinates your request, the quote and the follow-up.

Can I cancel?
You can walk away before accepting the quote, with no obligation. After you accept, the conditions on the quote apply. If you accept the quote remotely, you also have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, under the terms of the law.
