1. Who we are

The controller of your data is Fortuna Media Grup SRL, IDNO 1017600010877, MD-2045, str. Academician Sergiu Rădăuțanu 9, ap. 110 D, mun. Chișinău, Republica Moldova (“we”). We operate the VEENT Services service.

Contact for any question about your data: info@veent.eu.

2. What data we collect

When you fill in the form on the partner page, we collect:

  • the area you cover, your business type, your service categories, your language level and your availability;
  • your name, WhatsApp number and email address;
  • technical data: the page you sent the form from, where you came from (for example the parameters of an ad), the date and time, and the text of the consent you ticked.
  • If you continue with the onboarding, we will separately ask for your company documents (for example registration number, insurance). We do not collect sensitive data.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

  • To contact you, assess your application and discuss the partnership. Basis: your consent and steps taken before a contract.
  • To conclude and perform the partnership contract, if you become a partner. Basis: the contract.
  • To protect the form from spam and abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest.
  • To meet legal obligations, if you become a partner (for example accounting).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for other companies’ advertising. It may be processed on our behalf only by the technical providers we need to operate: the database (Supabase) and the website hosting (Vercel), both with servers in the EU, plus the services we use to communicate with you (email, WhatsApp). We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

5. Where it is stored

The form data is stored on servers in the European Union and is not sent to other services. Only the members of our team who need it can access it, including from Chișinău (Republic of Moldova). Where access is from outside the EU, we apply the safeguards required by the GDPR.

6. How long we keep it

  • If you do not become a partner: at most 12 months after your application, then we delete it.
  • If you become a partner: for the duration of the collaboration and then as long as the law requires (for example accounting rules).
  • You can ask us to delete it earlier, at any time.

7. How we protect it

  • The connection between you and the site is encrypted (HTTPS), and the data is also encrypted at our database provider.
  • The database is closed to the public: the form writes to it only through a service of ours, using secret keys that never reach the browser.
  • Access is limited to authorised people.
  • We have measures against spam and automated submissions.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at info@veent.eu and we will reply within 30 days at most.

You can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country: in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr); in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

9. Cookies

On this page we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only keeps your choice of country or language so you do not have to choose again (a functional preference, on your device only).

10. Changes

If we update this policy, we change the date at the top of the page.
